QR attendance
HMAC-signed QR codes printed at the dojo — check-in requires physical presence. Auto-signout and CASL-compliant SMS reminders.
Belt promotion approvals
Multi-level approval workflow: instructor → head instructor → federation HQ, with threshold-based routing per rank.
Competition management
Auto-matching by weight/age/height, bracket visualization, real-time scoring on parallel mats, LCD/TV display mode, and results.
Payments via Stripe Connect
Each tenant connects their own Stripe account. Platform charges a small application fee; tenants receive funds directly.
Certificate generation
Belt promotion, competition placement, and franchise certificates. QR-verified and tamper-proof via public /verify pages.
Parent and federation hierarchy
Parents see children's progress across federations. HQ admins manage global child dojos with shared rules and branding.
Communications
Mass SMS (Twilio), batch email (Resend), push notifications, cultural greetings, and consent tracking — all CASL-compliant.

How tenants onboard
Federation or dojo signs up
Each tenant is provisioned on its own domain or subdomain (e.g. yourdojo.com or region.yourfederation.org). Admin user, default disciplines, and an active license are seeded automatically.
Connect Stripe for payments
Tenants link their own Stripe account via Stripe Connect. Membership fees, event tickets, donations, and competition registrations flow directly into the tenant's Stripe account — PulseDojo takes a small application fee per transaction.
Launch and grow
Tenants configure branding, import students, print QR signs, and go live. Federations add child dojos from the admin dashboard; each inherits rules and certificates from the parent.
